Advanced Energy Aerial Logistics

Astravec is a Houston-based air charter brokerage and drone operations provider delivering time-critical aviation and aerial solutions for the energy sector.

We coordinate manned aircraft through a vetted network of FAA-certified Part 135 direct air carriers and deploy drone operations under FAA Part 107 compliance for inspections, surveys, and rapid-response missions.

Astravec does not operate manned aircraft. All charter flights are conducted by properly licensed direct air carriers. Our role is to coordinate, verify, and align each mission with safety, insurance, and corporate risk requirements.

Our Operating Model

Astravec operates under a dual-structure model:

Charter Brokerage

All manned flights are performed by FAA-certified Part 135 direct air carriers. Aircraft crews, operational control, maintenance programs, and safety management systems remain under the authority of the operating carrier.

Astravec’s role is to:

• Source and evaluate appropriate aircraft options

• Verify operator certification and regulatory standing

• Review insurance alignment relative to client requirements

• Coordinate scheduling and mission logistics

• Facilitate safety and compliance documentation upon request

 

Drone Operations

Drone missions are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations, either through in-house licensed pilots or vetted drone partners.

Drone services include:

• Energy infrastructure inspections

• Aerial mapping and surveying

• Monitoring and data capture

• Rapid-response small cargo missions

 

This hybrid structure allows Astravec to deliver flexible, scalable aerial solutions while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Safety & Risk Alignment

In the energy sector, aviation is infrastructure — not convenience.

For charter operations, Astravec works exclusively with FAA-certified Part 135 operators that meet recognized industry safety benchmarks, including third-party auditing through firms such as ARGUS and WYVERN where applicable.

For drone operations, missions are conducted under FAA Part 107 standards with documented operational procedures and insurance alignment.

Operator insurance documentation is reviewed to ensure alignment with corporate risk and contractual requirements. Safety documentation is available upon request.
